1. Products and Fulfillment

All merchandise sold through our store is made to order and fulfilled by Printful.com, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Please note:

• All items are custom printed upon purchase.

• Slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur due to the print-on-demand process.

• Items may arrive in separate shipments depending on the fulfillment location.
  
  

  Some products — including enamel pins, original artwork, buttons, and select merchandise — are handmade or fulfilled directly by us and not by Printful. These items may have different production and shipping timelines, which will be noted in the product descriptions.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

• Fulfillment time is typically 2–7 business days after your order is placed.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen events.

• International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because all products are made to order or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

This policy applies to:

• Items fulfilled by Printful

• Handmade or self-fulfilled items, including enamel pins, original artwork, and select merchandise

We will only offer a replacement or refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing error.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

3. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.

4. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed within 1 hour of placement. After that point, your order may already be in production and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., USD] and may change at any time.

• Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated at checkout.

• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product images, logos, and branding on this website are the sole property of John Smalls and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) you ordered.
